Summary: The stay was excellent in most ways except for the persistent odor in the room. All I could figure was that pets were allowed in this room. Also, mattress was not comfortable.

Summary: Very nice property. Modern and very clean. We did not use the pool or fitness center, but the looked very clean and nice. Room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Its located in a shopping plaza. There are many different stores, eateries and a grocery store. Very walkable, well lit and looks safe.

Summary: The location and surrounding shopping area are very nice. The hotel lobby and room were nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were also very nice. Unfortunately, I had no hot water in my room and the desk staff was aware of the issue when I called to notify and April said she should have said something when I checked in but for me to run the water in my sink and shower for 10-15 minutes for hot water which I did. The water never got better than lukewarm. This was highly unacceptable and a major inconvenience. No offer to move me to another room, no discount, or anything was made. If I had not already unpacked and was ready to shower in that moment, I would have requested a different room. My group reservation was made months in advance and if there was an issue with the water heater, I should have been notified or moved prior to check in. This was indeed poor customer service and accommodations on behalf of the hotel. It made my seemingly very nice stay less attractive.
